Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, Parmesan, egg, garlic, ketchup, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Use a cookie scoop or your hands to portion the mixture into muffin cups, placing them into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Optional: broil for 2-3 extra minutes for a crispy top.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot with sides or sauces of choice.
