Instructions
- Place beef and potatoes into the slow cooker.
- Mix garlic, butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour over beef and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
