Instructions
- Peel the mandarin oranges carefully to keep the segments intact.
- Gently separate the segments and arrange them in cups or small bowls.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey and water; stir until honey is dissolved. Add chopped mint leaves and simmer for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the warm mint-honey syrup over the orange segments, and garnish with mint leaves or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
- For best results, enjoy immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
