- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 200g Milk Chocolate
- Edible Gold Leaf
- Chocolate Molds
- Cooking Spray (for the molds)
Instructions
- Break dark and milk chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler until smooth and glossy.
- Lightly spray molds with cooking spray, then pour the melted chocolate halfway into the molds.
- Once the chocolate is set, gently remove from molds and apply edible gold leaf using a small brush.
- Arrange chocolates on a decorative plate or in a presentation box for serving.
