- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, and stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk in the heavy cream until fully combined, then sift in the flour and salt, folding gently until smooth.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden and slightly cracked.
