Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the chips.
- Add cooked ground beef or shredded chicken, jalapeños, and red onions on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, and dollops of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
