- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp butter, and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add lemon zest and juice, then return chicken to the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, steam or sauté green beans until tender.
- Serve chicken with green beans, garnished with parsley.
