Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp butter, and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  5. Add lemon zest and juice, then return chicken to the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, steam or sauté green beans until tender.
  7. Serve chicken with green beans, garnished with parsley.
