Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow cooling completely, then drizzle with a lemon glaze made from powdered sugar and lemon juice if desired.
