Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 cups fresh grapes (red and green for color)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  2. Add the egg yolk and cold water, mixing until the dough forms. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Wash and slice the grapes in half.
  4. Mix halved grapes with brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  6. Roll out the chilled dough and cut circles for mini muffin tins.
  7. Fill each shell with the grape mixture.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint before serving.
