Instructions

  4. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze. Spread half over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Remove from oven, spread the remaining glaze over the top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
