Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
