Instructions
- Prepare the dough by combining flour, warm water, instant yeast, salt, and sugar. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Once risen, punch down the dough, divide into portions, and shape each into a round pizza base.
- Add crushed San Marzano tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, distribute mozzarella, and top with basil and olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated wood-fired oven until the crust is golden-brown and the cheese is bubbly.
