  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 vanilla pods (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee (cooled)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings and vanilla sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, the seeds from the vanilla pods, and cold milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare a cup of freshly brewed coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  3. Whip some cream until it forms soft peaks for topping.
  4. In a tall glass, pour in your vanilla cream mixture, followed by the cooled coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings and vanilla sprinkles.

Notes

  • It’s best to serve the Iced Vanilla Cream Cloud fresh for optimal taste.
  • Store any leftovers separately in the fridge, but note that whipped cream may not hold its form for long.
  • Pair with chocolate cake or a biscuit for a complete experience.
