- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 2 vanilla pods (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
- 1 cup of cold milk
- 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee (cooled)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Chocolate shavings and vanilla sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, the seeds from the vanilla pods, and cold milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare a cup of freshly brewed coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Whip some cream until it forms soft peaks for topping.
- In a tall glass, pour in your vanilla cream mixture, followed by the cooled coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings and vanilla sprinkles.
Notes
- Itβs best to serve the Iced Vanilla Cream Cloud fresh for optimal taste.
- Store any leftovers separately in the fridge, but note that whipped cream may not hold its form for long.
