Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the corn kernels, salt, pepper, and paprika to the wet mixture. Stir gently to combine. Fold in cheese if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy top, watching carefully.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
