- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for searing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the beef roast in olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Brush the glaze generously over the roast.
- Place the roast on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes per pound, until internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium rare.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables.
