- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Transfer beef bites to the slow cooker, pour in garlic butter mixture, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender and flavor is infused.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Adjust garlic and seasoning to taste. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
