Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add chicken, coat well, and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F-400°F). Clean and lightly oil grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Avoid pressing down to keep it juicy.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.

- For extra flavor, baste chicken with leftover marinade while grilling.
- Substitute dried herbs if fresh aren’t available—use half the amount.
