- 2 cups grilled corn kernels

- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Add cooked pasta, grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, and herbs to the bowl. Toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

- You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter option.
