Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Divide cooked beef into greased muffin tin cups.
- Crack an egg over each beef portion.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
