- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Add chicken broth and cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to crockpot to absorb flavors.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.

- For extra flavor, add diced onions or peppers during cooking.
