Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini sticks into beaten egg, then coat with the seasoned mixture.
- Arrange coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- Use fresh zucchini for best results.
- For extra crunch, add a bit of crushed pumpkin seeds to the coating.
