- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Optional: chopped green onions, fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- In a large salad bowl, combine chopped lettuce and sliced celery.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the greens.
- Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles and green onions if using.
- Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
