Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, rice, Greek yogurt, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
