Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add oats, cinnamon, and nuts or chocolate chips if using, and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.

- Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup according to taste.
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
