Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into ½-inch thick patties, pressing a slight indentation in the center.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F) and brush grates with olive oil.
- Grill patties for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
