Instructions
- Gently wash the peaches, halve, and pit them. Brush cut sides with olive oil.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and grill peach halves cut-side down for 3-5 minutes until softened.
- In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cheese, and nuts, then toss gently.
- Add grilled peaches on top and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
