Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place shrimp in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over shrimp, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grill grates.
- Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
