Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, coating each piece thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers (soak wooden skewers beforehand) and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165ยฐF).
- Let the skewers rest before serving with warm pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
