- 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
- Wash and roughly chop all the fresh herbs.
- In a blender, combine the avocado, chopped herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and Greek yogurt.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and blend until smooth. Adjust consistency as needed.
- Season with salt and pepper, then blend again. Serve chilled.
