- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic to make the teriyaki sauce.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Optional: Pour remaining sauce into a saucepan and heat until thickened, then toss cooked chicken in the sauce before serving.
