Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, add butter, and stir in minced garlic. Cook 1 minute until fragrant. Return chicken to coat evenly with garlic butter.
  3. Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet with garlic butter and chicken. Mix well, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust sauce with reserved pasta water if needed.
