- 2 packets of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup of spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 cup of Funyuns, crumbled
- Optional: boiled egg, chili flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot.
- Add instant ramen noodles and cook according to package directions (3-4 minutes). Drain noodles and set aside.
- In the same pot, combine broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and reserved noodle water; heat until aromatic.
- Pour hot broth over strained noodles in a bowl and top with crumbled Funyuns, boiled egg, and chili flakes if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, keeping Funyuns separate until serving.
- Customize with additional vegetables or proteins for a personal touch.
- Consider adding sesame oil or chili oil for extra flavor.
