Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread the herbed cream cheese evenly over four slices of bread.
- Arrange cucumber slices over the cream cheese on each slice.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices and gently press down.
- Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
