- 12 frozen or homemade potstickers
- 8 oz Asian stir-fry noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the potstickers according to package instructions or fry until crispy.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce to the skillet, toss to combine and heat through.
- Place crispy potstickers on top of the noodles, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve hot.
Notes
- Use homemade or store-bought frozen potstickers for convenience.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness preference.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil.
