- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix dry into wet until smooth.
- Fill each donut mold in the pan about 2/3 full using a spoon or piping bag.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling slightly before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Store donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
- Freezing donuts is possible; just separate with parchment paper.
- Get creative with toppings like chocolate glaze, powdered sugar, or cinnamon sugar.
