- 2 large Elephant Ear Mushrooms

Instructions
- Thoroughly clean the elephant ear mushrooms under running water and slice them into medium-thick pieces.
- In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they soften and brown slightly.
- Stir in the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper. Continue sautéing for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the mushrooms from the heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
