- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chicken thighs until browned and cooked through. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce and simmer until coated and sticky.
- Serve the glazed chicken over warm rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
