Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking dish to form a crust.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows generously over the chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate the assembled bars for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve, optionally topping with melted chocolate or crushed graham crackers.
Notes
- For vegan or dairy-free versions, substitute dairy-free chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows, and use vegan butter or coconut oil.
