Instructions
- Place sausages in the slow cooker and add sliced peppers, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
