Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, spices, garlic, and butter, then pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken, stir in heavy cream, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.

- You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs if preferred.
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- Serve with steamed rice or naan bread for a complete meal.
