Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until browned.
- In a skillet, simmer beef broth, worcestershire sauce, and cooked meatballs. Thicken gravy with cornstarch if desired. Serve hot over mashed potatoes.
