- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a baking dish, layer cooked beef mixture, diced potatoes, and cream of mushroom soup. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot with a fresh side salad.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
