Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions, bell peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup and cooked rice until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
