- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, until bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Serve hot with chips, bread, or vegetables.
