Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crockpot and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Add frozen tortellini and cook for another 30 minutes until tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen tortellini; adjust cooking time accordingly.
- For a lighter version, substitute milk for heavy cream.
