Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning, and green onions.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread the mixture evenly over the pastry, then roll tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
