Instructions
- Place beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Cook egg noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve beef and gravy over cooked noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
