- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just combined.
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Melt butter and set aside.
- Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter. Spoon cinnamon sugar mixture into the center of each, then swirl with a toothpick or skewer. Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Optionally, drizzle glaze or spread frosting on top before serving.

- For a richer flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins to the cinnamon filling.
- Use gluten-free flour to make gluten-sensitive muffins.
