Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and crushed cookies.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Decorate with sprinkles and icing before serving.
