Instructions

- Cover with sauce and cheese: Pour the remaining red sauce evenly over the assembled enchiladas. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
